Vinicius Hengles do Prado is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in project management and digital transformation. Currently serving as a Senior IT Project Manager for International Operations at BRF since November 2021, Vinicius leads initiatives that enhance organizational efficiency and security through a deep understanding of technology and business needs. Previously, as a Process & Project Analyst at Grupo Marista, Vinicius focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Earlier roles included Projects & Innovation Analyst at Martin Brower, where Vinicius mentored teams in Latin America and conducted improvement audits, and an internship where process optimization in transportation and warehouse operations was a key responsibility. Vinicius holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidade Federal do Paraná and an MBA in Technology applied to Business from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul.
