Gabriella Peakman is currently the Reservations, Sales and Hotel Manager at BrewDog, where leadership encompasses nine team members across reception and housekeeping in a busy city center hotel. Responsibilities include revenue management and systems integration. With prior experience as a Bookings and Sales Coordinator, Gabriella was instrumental in meeting sales targets for eleven venues and managed bookings during the pandemic. Previous roles include Bookings Supervisor at Dog Bowl Ltd, where oversight of the bookings and sales department occurred, and working as a Day Runner for projects with FreemantleMedia and Croftwerk. Gabriella's early experience includes a work placement with the BBC and bar staff duties at The Font Bar. Gabriella holds a Bachelor of Arts in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
