Brad Lavaty is a financial executive with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as VP of Finance & Administration at Bretford since June 2021, Lavaty previously held the position of Corporate Controller at Charles Industries, Ltd. from August 2016 to June 2021. Lavaty also worked as VP of Finance at Allen Brothers and held the role of Site Controller at Alcon, where responsibilities included managing a $200M manufacturing budget. Additional experience includes serving as Head of Finance for Sterile Manufacturing at CIBA Vision and roles in cost accounting at CIBA Vision / Novartis, First Alert, Inc., and Schulze & Burch Biscuit Company. Lavaty earned a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
