John Kilkenny is an accomplished legal professional specializing in financial services industry litigation, arbitration, mediation, compliance, and regulatory matters. Currently serving as Of Counsel at Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C. since July 2015, John also founded Kilkenny Arbitration & Mediation Services in October 2014. Throughout a distinguished career, John has held key positions such as General Counsel at American Capital Partners LLC and Empire Bonding & Insurance, and Vice President-Claims Counsel at E.R. Quinn Company. John's extensive experience includes over 150 securities and employment arbitrations, as well as substantial roles at AIG, Ungaretti & Harris, and Merrill Lynch. John earned a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School and an AB in Political Science from the College of the Holy Cross.
