Raquel S. Sheppard is a seasoned communications leader with extensive experience in corporate and internal communications across various industries. Currently serving as the Global Communications Leader for North America at Brenntag since 2023, Raquel focuses on connecting products and knowledge to foster sustainability. Prior roles include Corporate Communications Leader at CenterPoint Energy, Change Management & Communications Consultant at Waste Management, and Senior Communications Consultant at Nalco Champion, where efforts contributed to organizational growth and social sustainability goals. Early career highlights include developing internal communication strategies at OneMain Financial and managing significant client projects at ABB’s Enterprise Software Product Group. Raquel holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Florida International University and a Web Design & Multimedia Certificate from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
