Andrea Schädler has a comprehensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Andrea began their career as an Assistant Organizational & Personnel Development at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, where they supported organizational and personnel development activities and successfully completed their Bachelor's Thesis.

Andrea then joined Xerox as a Quality Analyst and Trainer, where they were responsible for driving business performance improvement initiatives and setting quality standards in the HR BPO environment. Andrea also worked as a Business Analyst, handling HR IT and HR BPO activities and projects for Fortune Global 500 clients.

After Xerox, Andrea moved on to thyssenkrupp, where they held several positions including Head of Process Management, Head of Project Management Office, Head of Operational Excellence, and finally Head of Global Personnel Administration. In these roles, they were involved in various leadership and project management activities, including establishing service and performance management, ramping up teams, and leading HR transformation projects.

Most recently, Andrea worked at TÃœV Rheinland Group as a Senior HR Project & Process Manager, where they played a key role in managing HR projects and processes.

Currently, Andrea Schädler serves as the Head of Global HR Operations at Brenntag.

Andrea Schädler's education history includes a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Business Administration from Mälardalen University, achieved between 2007 and 2008. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in International Business at Hanzehogeschool Groningen / Hanze University of Applied Sciences Groningen from 2002 to 2007. Andrea Schädler has also obtained several additional certifications, including Kepner Tregoe Practitioner from Kepner-Tregoe in 2018, Lean Six Sigma - Yellow Belt Trainer from thyssenkrupp in 2017, Stepping Up To Management Program from Harvard Business School in 2014, and Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt from Xerox in 2010.
