Bob Klinger is the current VP of Development at Brennan Investment Group. Prior to joining Brennan, Bob served as Vice President at JLL in their Project Management & Development Services Group from August 2016 to September 2019. Before JLL, Bob was the Senior Vice President at Transwestern Commercial Services Illinois, LLC from January 2007 to August 2016, overseeing project management and development for the Midwest Region of Transwestern. This included overseeing tenant improvements, industrial build-to-suit projects, retail, office build-to-suit projects, renovations and development opportunities. Bob Klinger has over 20 years of experience in construction project management. Bob began their career as a Project Manager at Schal Associates in July 1988 and then moved to Bovis Lend Lease in January 1988. In April 1997, Bob joined Cushman & Wakefield as their Senior Project Director of construction project management overseeing new industrial Build-to-Suit buildings, industrial building renovations, tenant improvements and retail projects.

Bob Klinger's educational career began at Marist High School. Bob then went on to study civil engineering at Marquette University, where they earned a B. S. in Civil Engineering. Klinger continued their education at the University of Southern California, earning an MSCE in Civil Engineering. In addition to their academic credentials, Bob Klinger holds certifications from Red Vector in the OSHA 10 Hour Construction Program (V15.1) and from the USGBC - Chicago Chapter in LEED AP.

Bob Klinger reports to Michael Brennan, Chairman, Managing Principal. They work with Tim Gudim - Managing Principal, Troy MacMane - Managing Principal, and Kevin Brennan - Managing Principal.
