As an accomplished lawyer with over 15 years of experience, Courtney B. Lockhart has successfully represented Fortune 200, medium and small companies, insurance companies, and private individuals, through all aspects of litigation and dispute resolution. Ms. Lockhart focuses her practice on catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, municipal liability, premises liability, and products liability. She has successfully helped litigate and settle a wide range of cases from $500,000.00 to 5 million. Ms. Lockhart honed her skill set through working both as in house counsel for several private companies as, as well as private law firms.

Ms. Lockhart has represented clients in federal and state courts, courts of appeal and ADR proceedings.

In addition, Ms. Lockhart has a vast base of corporate transactional experience. Specifically, she has handled corporate formation, negotiation and drafting of agreements, corporate compliance, employment issues and managed outside counsel for several private companies.
