Barbara Laitempergher is a seasoned professional in talent and organizational development with significant experience across various companies. Currently serving as VP Talent & Organization Development and Head of Organizational Development at Brembo since March 2021, Barbara has previously held leadership roles at Cementir Holding N.V. as Head of Talent Management and Leadership Development, and at TIM in multiple HR-related positions. Earlier career stages include working as HR Development Project Manager at HanseNet and various HR roles at Telecom Italia.
