Menzi van de Ven currently holds the position of Projectcoördinator Projectbeheersing at Croonwolter&dros and serves as a Trainee Informatie- en Verandermanagement at Breinstein, both starting in October 2023. Previously, Menzi was a Projectleider at Energie-center B.V. from January 2023 to September 2023 and worked at Hoppenbrouwers Techniek B.V. from September 2020 to December 2022 in various roles including a part-time position in the Wagenpark department, an internship focused on data, and a third-year internship that improved the hours registration process for temporary workers. Early career experiences include a role as Junior Gastvrouw at Efteling from April 2017 to June 2021. Menzi completed a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Consultancy and holds a propedeuse in Business Administration from Avans University of Applied Sciences. The educational journey began at Cambreur College, concluding in 2018.
