Susan Grigal has a diverse work experience in various companies within the medical industry. Susan started their career in 1991 at Medtronic as a Patient Service Representative for a little over a year. In 1992, they joined Empi as a Patient Care Service Representative and eventually worked their way up to become a Manager of Operations, Training and Quality. At Empi, they were responsible for developing and administering training strategies and creating departmental training materials. In 2005, they joined DJO Global, Inc as a Regional Account Director, where they developed strategic plans to maximize coverage penetration and expand access with State Medicaid systems and managed Medicaid entities. Susan worked at DJO Global for almost a decade before joining Breg in 2014. At Breg, they held the positions of National Director of Managed Care and Medicaid Reimbursement, and currently, they are serving as the Director of Payor Contracts. In their current role, they manage Breg's Payor Contract Team and is responsible for maximizing reimbursement and access to covered lives, adhering to contract terms and CMS requirements, and developing operational efficiencies for invoicing and collecting third party/consumer revenue.

Susan Grigal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Chemistry from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
