Katie Hedger is an experienced sales and customer success professional with a strong background in driving new business and managing customer onboarding. Currently serving as the New Business Sales Manager, Onboarding Manager, and Customer Success Specialist at Breathe since February 2018, Katie focuses on enhancing customer experiences and converting trial leads into fully onboarded clients. Prior to this role, Katie worked at Neville and More Ltd from June 2014 to February 2018 as a Sales Support specialist, where responsibilities included key account management and relationship building to generate sales in the healthcare and pharmaceutical packaging sector across the UK and Europe. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business (Marketing) from the University of Sussex, earned between 2010 and 2013.
