Dr. Cath Biddle is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital strategy and user experience across various sectors. Currently serving as Head of Digital at Mind since November 2021, Dr. Biddle previously held the role of Board Trustee at Methodist Homes MHA until July 2023, contributing to the improvement of lives for older individuals in Britain. A former Digital Transformation Consultant for the Association for Project Management, Dr. Biddle has also served as Head of Digital for McDonald's, leading significant digital initiatives, and held senior roles at EE and Oxfam, focusing on enhancing customer experience and digital communication strategies. Dr. Biddle’s earlier career includes positions at Epson Europe and insights analysis for RS Components, complemented by a PhD in Psychology from the University of Leeds.
