Julianne Brands has a diverse and robust professional background, currently serving in multiple roles including Blockchain, Crypto, and Digital Currencies at PayPal and as Founder & CEO of Coast Labs since 2022. In 2023, Julianne took on the position of Venture Partner at Breakwater Ventures. Previously, Julianne held significant roles at Sila as Director of Strategy and Chief of Staff, as well as General Partner and Associate at Oregon Venture Fund. Early career experience includes positions at Pacific Crest Securities, the Milken Institute, the U.S. House of Representatives as a Congressional Intern, and the House of Commons as a Parliamentary Intern. Julianne Brands holds a Master of Science (Sloan Fellow) from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Political Science, magna cum laude, from Santa Clara University.
