Grace has been working with children with disabilities for more than eight years. While earning her bachelor's degree in psychology and religion at Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa, she discovered the powerful science of applied behavior analysis (ABA). She moved to Florida to pursue her master's degree in ABA and organizational behavior management (OBM) at Florida Institute of Technology. With experience in early intensive behavior intervention in clinical and medical settings, she joined the Breakthrough Behavior team in 2019. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Grace serves as the Training Coordinator for Breakthrough Behavior. She is responsible for leading the Learning and Development Department by organizing training, developing training curriculum, providing in-field support, and supporting their analysts in training (AITs).
