Ishmael Roland Kamara is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and community coordination. As the Founder and CEO of Roland Kay Media Corporation since August 2021, Ishmael has also held the position of Senior Community Coordinator at Breakthrough ACTION since April 2024, contributing to initiatives like the Traditional Healers Study. In addition, as the Executive Director of Youth Empowerment for Sustainability SL since November 2015, Ishmael manages daily operations and program policies, fostering charitable objectives. Previously, roles included Accountant and Assistant Accountant at the National Spiritual Assembly of the Baha'is of Sierra Leone, Lecturer and Marketing Coordinator at Destiny College of Management Theology and Technology, and various leadership positions in organizations focused on youth engagement and family planning. Ishmael holds a Bachelor's degree in Education, Political Science, and Government from EBK University, along with multiple certifications in project management, financial management, and leadership.
