Greg Soto has a diverse work experience in the brewing industry. Greg started their career as an Assistant Brewer at Laurelwood Brewing Co. in 2013, where they worked as a QA Lab Intern for three months. Later that year, they joined Hopworks Urban Brewery as a Quality Assurance Lab Technician. In 2014, they moved to Breakside Brewery as an Assistant Brewer, and eventually became the Quality Assurance Manager. In 2020, they were promoted to the role of Director of Quality Assurance at Breakside Brewery. Currently, Greg holds the position of Director of Quality & Production at Breakside Brewery.
Greg Soto obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Lewis & Clark College between 2010 and 2014.
