Jonathan Schwartz is a skilled professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the technology and defense sectors. Currently serving as a Breakline Participant at BreakLine Education since December 2023, Jonathan is focused on preparing high performers for careers in technology through intensive instruction and professional networking. As Director at Arrow Security, Jonathan oversees 17 direct reports, leading the transition to digital practices and designing a centralized dispatch center, while achieving significant reductions in costs and emergency response times.
