Kristen Titus is the Founder and CEO of Titus Group, a position held since December 2022. Prior to this, Kristen served as the Executive Director of the Cognizant Foundation from December 2018 to June 2022, where $50 million was committed to promote equitable opportunities in the digital economy. Kristen's extensive experience includes working as the Chief Technology and Innovation Officer for the State of New York from August 2016 to December 2018, and as the Founding Director of the NYC Tech Talent Pipeline, where a $10 million initiative was led to enhance workforce development in the tech sector. Additional roles include Executive Director of Girls Who Code, where significant organizational growth and fundraising milestones were achieved, and Managing Director at Jumo, focusing on nonprofit technology initiatives. Kristen's early career involved strategic planning and communications roles at Creative Capital and Resnicow Schroeder Associates. Kristen holds a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
