Michelle Cleland has extensive experience in operations and customer success roles. Prior to this, Michelle held positions at MainStreet and AREA 17 as a Revenue Operations Manager, Customer Success Operations Manager, Senior Operations Manager, and Operations Consultant. Michelle also served as the Head of Customer Operations at PantryBee and the Director of Customer Experience at Dering Hall. Earlier in their career, Michelle worked as the Head of Customer Support & Account Management at StreetEasy, a Key Account Planner at Rémy Cointreau, a Customer Operations Associate at Moet Hennessy USA, and a Marketing Operations & Customer Compliance Associate at Atlantic Coast Media Group. Throughout their roles, they have demonstrated skills in team management, customer service, and operations optimization.
Michelle Cleland attended New York University from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies. Additionally, in the same period from 2003 to 2004, they also completed an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Communication and Media Studies at New York University.
