Mark Zielonka possesses extensive experience in sales and product development within the food and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as a National R&D Product Specialist and Technical Sales Representative at BreadPartners Inc. since October 2011, Mark has focused on increasing market share in a competitive landscape for bakery ingredients. Prior roles include Sales Representative at Garden State Tile and Territory Sales Representative at AKDO Intertrade Inc., where Mark engaged B2B sales across the Mid-West. An Account Executive at Pennant Foods North contributed to relationship development in the wholesale food industry, and as Manager of New Product Development/Quality Assurance at Leon's Bakery, Mark supervised ingredient testing and product approval. Mark earned a B.S. in Business Management from Albertus Magnus College between 2001 and 2005.
