Daniel Leader is the Founder and former CEO of Bread Alone Bakery, a successful enterprise celebrating 31 years of operation, known for its commitment to handcrafted, health-oriented breads and baked goods. With a rich background in the baking industry, Daniel served as a bakery consultant for major grocers, including Pick 'n Pay from 2004 to 2011, where guidance was provided on hearth bread baking, and Wegmans Food Markets from 1990 to 2000, offering insights on organic and whole grain baking. Daniel holds an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America and has earlier studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
