Leia Mills is an experienced technology and operations leader currently serving as the Head of Digital Operations at BRE, where responsibilities include overseeing technology operations, managing cyber security, and translating digital strategy into actionable operations. Prior to BRE, Leia held leadership positions at Satellite Applications Catapult and Activate Learning, focusing on IT strategy and operations. Additional experience includes roles in reporting and systems at BCA and The Henley College. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Cyber Security from Northumbria University, a Bachelor of Science in Computing and IT, and a Bachelor of Arts in Literature, both from The Open University.
