Lars Hoffmann possesses extensive experience in engineering and management, currently serving as the Control System Group Manager at Brødrene Hartmann A/S since August 1995, where responsibilities have included roles as both Hardware & Software Engineer and Project Manager at Hartmann Production. Prior to this, Lars was the Maintenance Manager and Electrician at Sabroe Refrigeration from August 1992 to July 1995. Lars holds a Production Engineer degree from Erhvervsakademi Syd, as well as an Industrielektriker degree from Håndværkerskolen Hadsten. Further education was completed at Erhvervsakademi SydVest, earning a degree in Production Engineering from 2003 to 2005.
