Andrew Ellis, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and administration, currently serving as Vice President of Administration & HR at Brazos Higher Education Service Corporation, Inc. since April 2006. Responsibilities include overseeing the planning, development, and evaluation of the company’s administration, facility, investment, and human resource functions while ensuring competitive program analysis. Previously, Andrew held various roles at Brazos, including Vice President of Human Resources, where strategic partnerships in designing compensation and benefits programs were emphasized.
