Stephanie Botti is an experienced professional currently serving as the Training Coordinator and Claims Handling Specialist at Brayman Construction Corporation since June 2015. In this role, Stephanie has developed the company training program, coordinated training across nine affiliates, and managed training records for over 400 employees. Stephanie also oversees Worker’s Compensation claims, liaises with various stakeholders, and produces management reports. Previously, Stephanie held positions in administrative support, personal training, and construction estimating, showcasing a diverse skill set in training, project management, and employee development. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant, & Institutions Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
