Brian Donaldson is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience as a Broker Associate at Bray & Co. Real Estate since January 2011. Prior to this, Brian served as a Realtor at Lehr Real Estate from 2005 to December 2010. Expertise includes assisting clients with the purchase of various property types, including single family homes, condos, townhouses, multi-family buildings, and commercial properties, as well as knowledge in 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges, Tenants-In-Common (TIC), Delaware Statutory Trusts, Single Tenant, and Triple-Net (NNN) leases. Before entering real estate, Brian held management and supervisory roles at United Airlines from 1991 to 2003, and served in the United States Marine Corps from February 1984 to February 1988. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of San Francisco (2001-2003) and an Associate's degree in Avionics Maintenance Technology from Colorado Aero Tech (1990-1991).
