David Miller currently serves as the ICT Assistant Project Manager and ICT Program Coordinator at Brawley Company, where responsibilities include reviewing project proposal files and managing subcontractor quotes, as well as executing vendor and project setup protocols on Salesforce and Sage 100. Prior to this role, David was an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Davis Defense Group, Inc., where teaching aids were applied to support online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. David also spent over a decade in the United States Marine Corps, holding positions such as Chief Instructor, Recruiting Specialist, and Transportation Chief, focusing on mentoring, recruitment strategies, and logistics. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Homeland Security from American Public University System and a High School Diploma from Lucy Ragsdale High School.
