Dawn Surtees has extensive experience in retail management, having held various managerial positions at companies such as Bravissimo, Mothercare, and The Body Shop. Dawn started their career in retail management in 1992 at The Body Shop and has since worked their way up to their current role as Cluster Manager at Bravissimo. Dawn attended Hermitage Comprehensive school in Chester-le-Street.
