Pam Riccio is a highly experienced professional with extensive expertise in business operations, risk management, and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Professional Mentor (Volunteer) at Braven since June 2024, Pam works to empower first-generation college students and those from underrepresented backgrounds. Previously, Pam held multiple senior positions at Gartner from 1997 to May 2024, including Managing Vice President of Global Risk and Business Operations and VP of Operations for Gartner Consulting. Responsibilities included global management of contracting, risk compliance, and strategic operational planning for multi-million dollar businesses. Pam's educational background includes an MBA from Sacred Heart University, a BS in Economics and Business Administration from Eastern Connecticut State University, and various certifications in project management and negotiation skills.
