Laurence GAUDEFROY has over 30 years of work experience, beginning with a role as an Ingénieur Analyste at SEGIN in 1988. From 1991 to 1994, they worked as a Chef de Projet Import/Transport at Decathlon, followed by a role as a Chef de Projet Logistique at Promod from 1994 to 1998. In 1998, they began working at Ag2r La Mondiale, where they held roles as a Coach Agile, Experte Métode et Qualité, Architecte de systèmes informatiques, and Chef de projet.

In 2015, Laurence GAUDEFROY began working at EDHEC Business School as a Professor & Coach, and at the same time, they began working at Happywin as a Coach business & leadership and Coach et facilitateur. In 2017, they joined the Fédération Française de Ski Nautique et de Wakeboard / French Waterski & Wakeboard Federation as a Membre du bureau fédéral. In 2020, they began working at CoachHub - The digital coaching platform as a Coach business & leadership and Coach entreprise. Laurence currently works at Bravely as a Business & Leadership coach.

Laurence GAUDEFROY's education history includes a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Informatique from HEI - Hautes Etudes d'Ingénieur between 1983 and 1988, an Executive MBA from EDHEC Business School between 2013 and 2015, a Coach personnel et professionel from Groupe MHD-Formation between 2018 and 2019, and a SAFe Agilist from Certifiée SAFe in 2017-2019. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from the Ecole Française de Coaching, Scaled Agile, Inc., and Scaled Agile, Inc.
