Desiree Carroll has had a long and varied career in Human Resources. Desiree began their career in 2000 as a Database Marketing Analyst and HRIS/ERP & Compensation Analyst at Onyx Software. In 2005, they joined Trulia, Inc. (formerly Market Leader, Inc.) as the HR Systems & Compensation Manager, where they were responsible for HRIS management, developing and publishing reports, and ensuring Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. In 2015, they joined General Assembly as a Senior Manager - HR Operations & System Administration, Manager HR Operations & System Administration, Manager - HR Operations, and HR Analyst. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Brave Health as the HR Systems Operations.
Desiree Carroll has attended Anchorage Community College, where they have studied Business & Engineering Course Studies.
