GROSZ Anne-Sophie is a skilled laboratory technician with experience in quality control and microbiological analysis. Currently serving as a Technicienne de laboratoire at BRASSERIE LICORNE since August 2022, GROSZ previously worked at LSDH, site JFA, in a similar role from June 2017 to August 2022. Prior to that, GROSZ held a position as an Agent contractuel technique de recherche et de formation at LYCEE POLYVALENT LOUIS CASIMIR TEYSSIER, where responsibilities included preparing practical work in life sciences and accompanying students. GROSZ began a career in laboratory work at Jus de Fruits d'Alsace from August 2015 to January 2017, where tasks included conducting physicochemical and microbiological analyses. GROSZ holds a Licence Professionnelle in Quality and Safety of Food Products and a DUT in Biological Engineering with a focus on Food and Biological Industries, both from IUT Louis Pasteur Schiltigheim.
