Cindy Prusa has extensive experience in application development, currently serving as an Application Developer at BrassCraft Manufacturing since September 2014, where responsibilities include maintaining order to cash applications on iSeries using Cobol and JD Edwards for seven plants and customer service divisions. Prior to this, Cindy was a Lead Application Developer at QBE North America from April 2005 to September 2014, overseeing the maintenance of multiple environments on an IBM Power System 720 and leading the conversion of claims applications to a new system for improved efficiency. Cindy's career began as a Senior Programmer Analyst at Meadowbrook Insurance Group from 1998 to 2005, further solidifying expertise in application development and support.
