David Betancur Gómez has a diverse work experience. David began their career in 2011 as a Research Assistant at Georgetown University. In the same year, they began working at Citigroup as an Assistant Vice President (Workout / Restructuring), Senior Risk Analyst, and Global Risk Analyst. In 2017, they became Co-Founder and COO of Brasol.

David Betancur Gómez has a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Science Technology and International Affairs from Georgetown University, which they earned between 2009 and 2011. Prior to that, they studied Economics and Business at Universidad de Los Andes from 2007 to 2009.
