Cláudia Carvalho has extensive experience in human resources and psychology, serving as a Human Resources Technician at Brasmar since August 2020 and previously at VIGENT and Verto, S.A. Cláudia is the General Manager at Psitec® since November 2012, where responsibilities included company setup, legislative compliance, branding, and policy development. Cláudia has a strong background in psychological assessment, having worked with drivers and educational institutions, and has delivered training on various subjects related to health and safety in the workplace. Cláudia holds Master's Degrees in Human Resources Management and Clinical Psychology from Universidade do Minho, along with a postgraduate degree in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy from Instituto CRIAP.
