Larissa Moreno Stanger has extensive experience in human resources and compliance, currently holding a position in Global Training and Development at Braskem since April 2012, where responsibilities include managing the Global Human Resources System (Oracle) and overseeing the budget for Global Training. Larissa has also served as a South America Compliance Specialist, leading the development of a compliance application and managing mandatory compliance training. Previous roles at Braskem include various HR positions and executive assistant roles, alongside international experiences in Spain and Ireland. Larissa possesses relevant educational credentials, including a compliance course from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa and a postgraduate degree in Strategic People Management from FIA Business School.
