Ashleigh James is currently working as a Senior Customer Support Representative at BrandVerity since February 2021. Prior to this, Ashleigh held positions in customer support and call quality assessment roles at Lemon Business Solutions Ltd, MyFirmsApp, and Mothercare. Ashleigh also has experience as a Support Worker at Priory Group and as a Brand Assistant at Outfit Fashion. Ashleigh holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Teesside University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Forensic Psychology and a Level 3 extended diploma in Health and Social Care.
