Emily Mackay currently serves as a Law Clerk at Brandt Kettwick Defense since May 2024. Previous professional experience includes roles as a Legal Assistant at Erickson, Bell, Beckman & Quinn P.A. and a Court Monitor at The Advocates for Human Rights. Additionally, Emily gained valuable experience as an Intern at Minnesota Alliance on Crime and worked as a Food and Beverage Attendant at Oak Marsh Golf Course. Emily started as a Certified Trainer at Potbelly Sandwich Works. Emily holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of St. Thomas School of Law and a Sociology degree with a focus on Law, Criminology, and Justice, along with a minor in Mass Communications from the University of Minnesota.
