Justin Mercado is an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst with a background in both manual and automated testing. Currently employed at Brandt Information Services since March 2021, Justin provides customer support, coordinates with Scrum teams, and develops test scenarios within Agile Sprints. Prior to this role, Justin worked at RAMtechnologiesinc, where responsibilities included creating test documentation, performing cross-browser compatibility testing, and facilitating communication within a remote team environment. Justin's career began at Drayer Physical Therapy Institute, initially as a Physical Therapy Technician, where duties included patient scheduling and later transitioned to a Manual QA Tester role focusing on various testing methodologies. Earlier experience as a Merchandiser at Nestlé further developed skills in collaboration and promotional optimization. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from Georgia State University.
