Jennifer Reardon is an accomplished Senior Human Resources Manager with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently employed at BrandSafway since June 2011, Jennifer has held positions such as Division Human Resources Manager, overseeing critical areas including employee relations, benefits management, strategic planning, and compliance with multi-state employment law and federal regulations. Prior to BrandSafway, Jennifer served as HR Director at American Civil Constructors from April 2007 to January 2011, where responsibilities included union relations, company restructuring, and FMLA administration. Jennifer began the HR career as HR Manager at America's Lemonade Stand from 2000 to 2007. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Capella University, completed between 2019 and 2022, and a diploma in General Studies from Pinole Valley High School.
