Jake Van Dyken is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in personal injury law and litigation. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at Brandon J. Broderick, Personal Injury Attorney at Law since February 2022 and also acting as a FINRA Arbitrator since May 2021, Jake has honed expertise in arbitrating claims against FINRA members. Prior roles include Of Counsel at Law Offices of Siciliano & Associates, LLC, Senior Trial Attorney at Mintzer Sarowitz Zeris Ledva & Meyers, and Trial Counsel at AIG, among others. Jake's education includes a Juris Doctor and a Master's of Law from New York Law School, as well as a Bachelor's degree from Bowdoin College.
