Jay Kelley has extensive work experience in various roles within the marketing and insurance industries. Jay started their career at Progressive Insurance, where they held positions such as Direct Sales Representative, Direct Sales Supervisor, and Capacity Analyst. Jay then moved on to Nationwide Insurance, where they served as an Operations Manager for the Specialty Products Customer Service Call Center. Following their time at Nationwide, they worked as a Senior Associate at Rosetta before joining Mongoose Metrics as a Sales Executive. Jay also worked as a Senior Account Manager at DialogTech before eventually joining BrandMuscle.
