Nicholas Hughes has worked in various roles since 2009. Their most recent position is as a Customer Success Manager at Brandfolder by Smartsheet, which they began in 2022. From 2017 to 2022, they worked as a Customer Account Manager at Quad/Graphics. From 2014 to 2017, they held two roles at Cleary Building Corp.: Order Processing Assistant Manager and Order Processor. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Receiving Shipment and Warehouse Organizing at A-Z Computing. Their first job was at Ripon College, where they worked as a Sports Information and Assistant Athletic Director from 2009 to 2011.

Nicholas Hughes attended Ripon College from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Exercise Science. Nicholas also obtained a certification in Customer Success Management Fundamentals from LinkedIn in July 2022.
