Stephen Maxwell Rodriguez, MBA, currently serves as Vice President of Development at Brandeis University, where responsibilities include overseeing fundraising efforts and evolving the culture of philanthropy to achieve annual gift revenues of $100 million or more over the next decade. Previously, Stephen held senior development roles at Harvard University, Phillips Academy, MIT, Boston University, and Berklee College of Music, where leadership focused on enhancing donor engagement, increasing annual giving, and supporting institutional missions centered on social justice and intellectual advancement. Additionally, as Co-Founder of MyGiving, Stephen is innovating philanthropy by enabling nonprofits to utilize NFTs and digital assets for fundraising purposes. Academic credentials include an MBA from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Music from Lawrence University, supplemented by professional development through the Boston Consortium for Higher Education’s Susan Vogt Leadership Fellows Program.
