Delphine was the Chief Financial Officer of Kinship, a business division of Mars Petcare. Prior to Kinship, Bernard spent five years at Uber as Global Head of Finance Operations, improving financial accuracy, and implementing controls, policies, and corporate governance for an $84B IPO. She also has international finance experience, starting with Uber in Amsterdam as an International Financial Controller. Previously, Delphine was the Senior Group Controller at Microsoft for the Skype division, collaborating on the S1 Filing and working on Microsoft's $8.5B acquisition.
