Brian David Blacka is a seasoned project executive and manager with extensive experience in the construction and engineering sectors, currently employed at BranchPattern since December 2020. Prior roles include serving as an HRSG Field Engineer II and Pipe Field Engineer II at Kiewit Power Constructors Co. (TIC), where significant contributions were made on large-scale natural gas combined cycle power plant projects. At Cherne Contracting Corporation, also part of Kiewit, Brian managed field teams for a $1B refinery upgrade, ensuring quality and safety while achieving substantial profits. With a background as an estimating engineer and junior project engineer, Brian has developed strong skills in project management, estimating, design, and field operations.
