Andrea Zugelder is currently an Associate at BranchPattern. Andrea has previous experience as a Sharepoint Administrator and Leasing Consultant. Andrea provided SharePoint support and development for Kiewit districts and projects from September 2013 to February 2018. Andrea was also responsible for Formotus support and maintenance for mobile form users. From August 2012 to August 2013, Andrea worked as a Leasing Consultant for Greystar, where they conducted property tours for prospective residents and completed lease overviews and necessary paperwork for the move-in process. In their role as Sr. Leasing Consultant at Lindsey Management Co., Inc. from October 2010 to October 2011, Andrea was responsible for obtaining current market rates for competitive properties, conducting community outreach marketing, and producing administrative forms in a timely manner.

Andrea Zugelder earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from the University of Phoenix. Andrea also attended Bentonville High School.
