Saheed Omosanya is a professional with diverse experience in product design, UX research, and customer success. Currently, Saheed serves as a Loan Review / UX researcher / Product designer at Branch International since August 2021, after holding the position of Customer Success Associate. Prior to that, Saheed worked at Jumia Nigeria from June 2017 to August 2021 as a Customer Relations Specialist and gained foundational experience as a Product Design Intern at Everything IT from July 2016 to May 2017. Saheed holds a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacology and Toxicology from Olabisi Onabanjo University (2010-2014) and a Diploma of Education in Science Education from the African Thinkers Community of Inquiry College of Education, Nigeria (2020-2021).
