Laura Brown has extensive experience in customer support and operations management across various industries. Currently serving as a Customer Support Specialist at Branch Basics since March 2020, Laura previously held the role of Stylist at Stitch Fix from October 2015 to March 2020. Prior to that, Laura worked as an Operations Manager at Open Book Communications, LLC, and as Director of Operations at Red Stamp, overseeing daily workflows. Laura's career also includes roles at Macy's as a Project Manager and at Marshall Field's as a Merchandise Coordinator. Laura earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Gustavus Adolphus College in 2004.
